Top 50 UK clients targeted by Swedish digital agency

Swedish agency Keybroker, one of Scandinavia's biggest search marketing agencies is to open a UK office, vowing it will eliminate what it calls the “tax on ad spend” model.

Keybroker boasted over £280m in online sales in 2010, accounting for more than 6% of total e-commerce spend in Sweden. Some of the agencies sixty-five clients include Ebookers, IKEA and American Express who work on a “success fee” basis.

Nokia admits it's “time to change” as profits drop 21%

Following a drop of 21% net profit in the final quarter of 2010, Nokia has said it is now “time to change faster” to compete with the ever-expanding iPhone and Android market.

25% boost in online spending after consumers driven online by snow

According to the UMRG Cepegemini e-Retail Sales Index, there was an increase of 7% in November and a further increase of 25% when compared with sales in the same period last year.

According to findings from the IAB and Lighstpeed Research, a minority of consumers complain about brands via social media.

The survey revealed the most popular channel for complaints was online (44%), followed by phone (36%)and letter (22%). Although the web was the most popular medium, just 2% complained via Twitter, 8% by Facebook and 8% no forums.
