Prius to become Toyota sub-brand

The Prius hybrid range is to be expanded in a bid by Toyota to boost their green credentials.

Two new models were introduced this week at the Detroit Motor Show and it is expected that the brand will follow lead of luxury car Marque Lexus, which is separate from the parent brand.
