New chairs for strategy groups and ethnic diversity appointed by IPA

Amelia Torode and Saad Saraf have been appointed chairmen of IPA strategy and ethnic diversity groups, respectively.

Saraf is the chief executive and founder of Media Reach, the multicultural communications agency.
