Q1 Lending targets Not Met

The Credit Control Survey for the first quarter of 2009 by the Bank of England has revealed that business lending did not meet the expected targets as set out from the previous quarter. The survey showed that, due to a number of factors, lending was not at the level expected for Q1 of 2009.
