Have We Bottomed Out?

According to the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) Economic Survey, the worst of the recession for the UK has passed with industries showing promising signs of recovery. Both the manufacturing and service industries showed improvement, with manufacturing fairing better than services for Q2 of 2009, although when considering the overall sector well being, with the significant hit that it took in the beginning for the recession, it is still in worse condition when taken as a whole.
