Sony Europe has handed its c.£50 million advertising account to Anomaly who will work with the electronics giant out of its UK and US bases. The appointment brings to an end Sony’s relationship with Fallon which dates back to 2002. Fallon had been responsible for a number of successful ad campaigns for Bravia TVs including the award winning “balls” advert. This loss comes on the heel’s of Fallon’s failure to retain Asda, who moved its £70 million + account to Saatchi & Saatchi earlier this year.
